About the Role

The Executive in Payroll & Accounts plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes for our diverse global workforce. This position is integral to managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various regions, including APAC, MEA, EU, LATAM, and Africa. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, coordinating with payroll vendors, and ensuring compliance with local tax and social security regulations. Your expertise will support our HR and Finance teams as you prepare payroll journals and assist in accounting and reporting activities. Additionally, you will address employee queries regarding payroll, taxation, and payslips, fostering a transparent and supportive workplace culture. Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Online Tools: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and various online platforms efficiently for payroll processing and reporting.
